Northlander Skyview Structural Roof System utilizes proprietary structural aluminum framing designed for snow loads with translucent polycarbonate sheets that filter the sun and block harmful UV.

The polycarbonate sheets are 16mm (5/8”) triple walled impact resistant sheets that diffuse the sun’s rays. The range of solar tints available allows different levels of light transmission & heat reflection while blocking damaging UV rays. The polycarbonate sheets carry a 10-year warranty, non-prorated covering: discoloration, loss of light transmission and loss of strength due to hail damage (up to 3/4” size hail).

Optional 32mm (1 ¼”) 11 walled polycarbonate panels have the lowest light transmittance, the most shading coefficient and lowest U-factor (heat transfer rate)

Northlander™ Skyview Low Profile Roof System is perfect for those situations where there is an existing framework. This could be an existing pergola, timber frame or some other retrofit project. The Skyview Low Profile is made from extruded anodized aluminum and the same type of dry glazing seals as the heavy-duty structural system. 16mm (5/8”) sheets or other thicknesses may be used. This system is versatile and easy to install, mounting on existing aluminum, steel or wood frame work.

PanelCraft™ Insulated Panels are constructed with Type II high density expanded polystyrene core with aluminum skins laminated on both sides. They feature a baked-on enamel finish with the addition of a unique Kystal Kote Clear protective finish. Panels are available in thicknesses of 3 inch, 4.5 inch and 6 inch to accommodate design load requirements. These panels are capable of handling details for shingling to integrate seamlessly with the house roof.

The PanelCraft™ insulated roof system comes with colour matched aluminum extrusions for wall attachment, fascia, eavestrough and downspouts.

Vista Sunroom Windows are custom made aluminum sliding glass windows to convert or retrofit your 3 season outdoor room! They are custom made to fit your existing framework. The window construction utilizes nylon window rollers, sloped sill, and weep hole covers.

While the sliding screen or glass door is always an option for an outdoor room the swing door is a must for those smaller areas. The swing entry door system is available with screen only, 4-Track window insert or tempered glass. Custom sizes are available in 1/8” increments, up to 40” x 90” and is also available in French Door Style.
